Conditions and Permissions

In Poland, according to the provisions of the hunting regulations concerning foreigners, persons who have reached the age of 18 and possess both a valid weapons permit issued in their country of origin, and a hunting license issued by the Polish authorities are entitled to hunt. EU citizens can hunt in Poland, if they have the firearms card (green) and have obtained a hunting organization through a specialized agency.

In accordance with the regulations valid for all hunters, in Poland you can only hunt according to the following rules:

  • Make use of weapons that have a minimum speed of 2000 joules.
  • Comply with the prescriptions of ammunition types and calibers.
  • Semi-automatic shotguns cannot be loaded with more than 2 cartridges.
  • The shotgun can only be used for small wild game.
  • The use of bow and arrows is prohibited.
  • Hunting with automatic and semi-automatic rifles is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to use a silencer, digital night vision devices or attract hunting with acoustic electronic instruments.
  • The use of live baits as scent samples, shooting and using arrows with a poisoned or explosive tip is prohibited.
  • Birds must be thrown in flight and hares running.
  • It is forbidden to hunt from motorized water vehicles, horse carts or cars.
  • It is forbidden to hunt deer, fallow deer, roe deer or mouflon in battue.

We organize only land services.

IMPORTATION OF WEAPONS

To enter the Republic of Poland with firearms and be able to hunt in its territory, from May 1, 2004, the foreign hunter needs an identity document (ID or passport), the organizer’s voucher and the European Weapons Card.

INHERENT RISKS DURING THE HUNT

Taking into account the implicit risks of hunting activity, such as travel in 4 × 4 vehicles, isolated accommodation, possible presence of poachers, use of firearms and the presence of potentially dangerous wild animals; the client accepts the possible risks during the trip and releases Mhunting, MazovianTravel Sp. z o.o. from all specific responsibilities in case of an accident.

PAYMENT

The payment conditions will be indicated in the offer; it can be made by bank transfer or by Visa and / or Mastercard card.

TRIP INTERRUPTION

The services provided are non-refundable if the trip is interrupted, shortened or the land service is provided and not used by the passenger.

TROPHIES

The valuation of the trophies of animals killed during the hunt will be carried out 24 hours after their preparation. If the hunter wishes to assess his trophy before the scheduled 24 hours, he must demonstrate its feasible weight in the protocol.

The repatriation of the trophies will be carried out through companies specialized in courier and delivery management.

REGISTRY

The confirmation of the trip by the client entails both the acceptance of the chosen offer and the general conditions.

MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

The conditions will be indicated in the respective offer.

We reserve the right to change hunting areas, accommodation and related services, for reasons of force majeure or outside the company.

If due to external circumstances the trip must be modified, we will do everything necessary to provide the client with a replacement trip.

We reserve the right to cancel the hunt, in case of not receiving the required payment.

INSURANCE

The price of our hunting trips does not include any insurance.

We recommend that our potential clients consult with their insurance company about Civil Liability insurance abroad, individual accident, assistance and medical costs, All Risk policy for rifle, All Risk policy for photographic and video equipment, as well as Cancellation of trip.

TRAVEL TIME

This will be indicated depending on the chosen offer package.
